TCS provides a broad range of software and services to customers in retail, restaurants and wholesale distribution. Established by Fred Tuttle in 1990, the company originally focused on point of sale (POS) software for college bookstores which interfaced to other back-office systems such as Ellucian’s Colleague ERP.
As we grew, our software suite expanded to include full-scale automation of college stores, including support for multi-store and chain store operations. We pride ourselves in our ability to automate a 100-register store chain just as easily as a 1-register store – utilizing the same software technology and a powerful MultiValue NoSQL database.
In 2001 we took our versatile credit card processing gateway software and introduced it to the general market. This was the genesis of TotaLink, which has been installed across numerous industries. TotaLink is also marketed by several Value Added Resellers (VARs) who integrate the solution with their own software and who profit from the use of TotaLink.

After years of a mutual business relationship, TCS was acquired by Zumasys in 2020 and became part of the growing family of Zumasys MultiValue software products.
